Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
• Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment, provided
that work (site visits, structural assessments, or design drafting) has not yet commenced.
• Refund Eligibility: * If a cancellation is made before work starts, a full refund (minus any
payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
o Once engineering work or site inspections have begun, payments are non-refundable
due to the specialized nature of our professional services.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment
method within 7 to 10 working days.
• Project Delays: In the event that Brothers Engineering BD cannot fulfill a service due to internal
reasons, a full refund will be offered to the client.
